How Booking Works

We use a dedicated Customer Portal to make finding and managing your lessons as easy as possible.

1. Browse the Schedule

Check our live, up-to-date timetable to find the perfect day and time for your swimmer's age and ability.

2. Register Your Details

Create a secure account to quickly enroll your child and secure their spot in the pool.

3. Manage Your Account

Once registered, you can log in at any time to track your child's progress, report absences, or easily manage your payments.

Term-Based Structure & Invoicing

To ensure consistent progress and a stable, familiar learning environment for our swimmers, our lessons operate on a structured, term-by-term basis.

Term Enrollments

When you book a class, you are securing your swimmer's dedicated place for the entire term.

Priority Re-booking

Existing students are always given priority to secure their spot for the following term before spaces are opened to the public.

Simple Invoicing

Invoices are generated and sent to you via email prior to the start of each new term. You can view and pay your invoices securely online through your Customer Portal, making the administration entirely hassle-free.
